An Introduction

Evan

Flowers

When I was a little girl I remember wishing upon a star out of the window of my childhood bedroom. At the time, I thought i wanted to be famous. I even have a book that I wrote in 5th grade on the same topic. In that book, Candace Cameron quit her job on “Full House” and I became DJ Tanner.

Sorry Candace. I promise, I’m a HUGE fan!

Things I love to do

Evan is not only a trainer who will push you to be more physically fit, more importantly she quickly becomes a friend who will push you to be more emotionally and spiritually fit.

I have learned so much from Evan, from proper form to more about Jesus and who He is!  She really is the whole package.

Evan's workouts are not only killer for your body and shredding fat cells, but she switches them up so much it keeps your brain working too!

I love that she uses various techniques and so many different exercises that work muscles you didn't even think you had.  This keeps things exciting too. I look forward to working out with her and never got such a good workout while being fun at the same time.

Her faith carried me through a difficult time in my own life where my faith was struggling.

I can't say enough good things!  I can't wait to wake up and work out with her tomorrow!

I met Evan when she was instructing a cycling class. I was immediately struck by her music selection; she played several songs with a clear Jesus message. I was thrilled. Plus, she was an excellent instructor.

We started developing a friendship. She was so encouraging in helping me with strength training. Her commitment to good form and challenging me to work with heavier weights was esteem building. As I have continued to take her classes I’m continually impressed with her gift of teaching at all fitness levels. She makes everyone feel welcome!

I must say I love, love, love the wit part of Evan. She laughs so easily and enjoys the silly in life. She is the ying to my yang in that department.

Evan and I have a solid friendship tested by many hard conversations and not always seeing the world through the same lens. But with that iron sharpening iron factor, we have built a deep relationship based on Christ, honesty, authenticity, and compassion. She has so many gifts and I’m thrilled to have a front row seat watching how God will continue to grow her and use her to bless others by giving Him ALL the glory!
